Biography

Frank graduated from Albany Law School in 1974 and was admitted to the practice of law in February 1975.  He opened an office in Schenectady. In May of 1975 he was hired as counsel to the Schenectady County Department of Social Services. He was the General Counsel of the Department for over 27 years, retiring in 2004, when he returned to the private practice of law.  In 2010 he was appointed Court Examiner for Schenectady and Montgomery Counties by the Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department. In 2018 he was also appointed Court Examiner for Fulton and Hamilton Counties. He continues in the said appointments to date.
He has been the Treasurer of the Italian American Bar Association since it was established, with the exception of a couple of years, when the position was held by another member of the Association.
